Wendy Winn Rhodes, PT, OCS, HFi, USATF1, ART Certified Provider has worked with hundreds of runners and triathletes of all abilities, from beginner to Ironman, using her unique skill set of physical therapy, personal training, and coaching to help them achieve their goals. She specializes in video running analysis and believes in manual therapy as an integral tool for athletes. Advanced specialties include: Board Certification in Orthopedics, personal training certification from American College of Sports Medicine, USA Track & Field Level 1 Coach, Active Release Technique Certified Provider, along with various other technique certifications. She uses evidence-based care to provide the most up-to-date treatments and information to her patients. Wendy also consults with major companies including Bloomberg and Equinox Fitness Clubs; leading wellness programming, teaching classes, and providing expert advice on a regular basis. She has been commissioned on many other special projects, including “A Running Start” video resource for youth coaches through New York Road Runners Foundation, and various other collaborations with fitness organizations. She participates in community outreach programs throughout the city.
She holds a Master's degree in Physical Therapy from Texas Woman's University and BS in Rehabilitation Services from Springfield College. She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association, Orthopedic Section, and New York Road Runners. She enjoys road running and Pilates.
